Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Email Outbound Strategist to own and scale B2B outbound email campaigns, generate qualified leads, and build a predictable sales pipeline. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in cold email outreach, email deliverability, audience segmentation, marketing automation, and outbound campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute B2B outbound email strategies to generate qualified leads, meetings, and sales pipeline.
• Identify target accounts and decision-makers through audience segmentation, list building, and data enrichment.
• Create compelling cold email copy and multi-step outreach sequences tailored to different buyer personas.
• Manage outbound email infrastructure, including domains, inboxes, sending volumes, and sender reputation.
• Monitor and troubleshoot email deliverability issues, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, bounce rates, and spam complaints.




• Manage outbound campaigns using HubSpot and tools such as Smartlead, Instantly, Apollo, or Outreach.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve email engagement, reply rates, meeting bookings, and conversion.
• Track and report weekly performance metrics, including emails sent, replies, meetings booked, SQLs, and pipeline generated.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective lead handoff and continuous improvement of outbound performance.

Mandatory Skills• 5–8 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or outbound email marketing.
• Proven experience independently managing end-to-end cold email campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including workflows, lists, custom properties, and reporting.
• Experience with outbound tools such as Smartlead, Instantly, Apollo, Outreach, or similar platforms.
• Robust knowledge of email deliverability, domain warming, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and send
