About the RoleDreamXProp is looking for a target-driven Sales Executive with hands-on offline sales experience in the real estate industry. We need someone who is confident approaching clients, generating business through direct interaction, conducting regular follow-ups, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities• Generate sales opportunities through offline sales activities, field visits, direct client meetings, and networking.
• Connect with real estate brokers, channel partners, property consultants, and real estate businesses.
• Identify potential clients and actively pitch DreamXProp's products and services.
• Conduct timely and consistent follow-ups to convert prospects into paying customers.
• Schedule client meetings, explain product advantages, handle objections, and drive sales closures.
• Maintain a daily record of client interactions, meetings,



follow-ups, and sales pipeline progress.
• Work towards defined sales targets and provide regular updates to management.

Mandatory Requirements• 6 months to 1.5 years of relevant sales experience in the real estate industry.
• Must have hands-on experience in hardcore offline sales, field sales, and direct client acquisition.
• Must be comfortable meeting clients in person, pitching services, and generating business independently.
• Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
• Must be target-oriented, proactive, disciplined, and focused on sales conversion.
