Company Description IWTMA (Indian Wind Turbine Manufacturers Association), established in 1998, is the apex business association representing the Indian wind industry. It serves as a key voice for the sector, engaging closely with central and state policymakers, investors, and other stakeholders. Over more than 25 years, IWTMA has supported the growth and development of wind power across India. The association focuses on policy frameworks and regulatory initiatives that enable sustainable industry expansion. Its work contributes to the nation’s transition toward an eco-friendly and balanced renewable energy mix.

Role Description The Intern – Skills Development will support initiatives that enhance capabilities within the wind industry ecosystem. This internship role is hybrid, based in Delhi, India, with some flexibility for work-from-home assignments. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with data collection and analysis for skills-related projects, contributing to documentation and reports,



and helping coordinate training sessions, workshops, or stakeholder meetings.

Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation, problem-solving, and reporting.
• Candidates should possess clear and skilled Communication skills, including written and verbal interaction with diverse stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Sales awareness or interest, including understanding of industry outreach, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in engineering, management, economics, or related fields.
• Interest in renewable energy, public policy, or industry associations is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, presentation software) and a willingness to learn new technologies.
