Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Associate to support our offshore accounting engagements for international clients.

The candidate will be responsible for recording accounting transactions accurately, ensuring completeness of accounting records,



performing reconciliations and maintaining supporting documentation across Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), banking, inventory and tax-related transactions.

The role requires a solid understanding of accounting fundamentals, analytical skills, excellent communication and the ability to identify discrepancies, investigate exceptions and resolve accounting queries within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities1. Transaction Recording & Bookkeeping• Record and maintain AR, AP, banking, inventory and tax-related transactions in accounting software.
• Ensure transactions are recorded in the correct accounts, periods and categories, with appropriate supporting documentation.
• Verify invoices, receipts, payments, bank transactions, credit notes, inventory movements and other source documents.
• Review transaction classifications, tax coding and general ledger postings for accuracy.
