As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for North America, you will play a crucial role in driving outbound sales efforts by identifying, prospecting, and generating qualified leads using account based marketing (ABM) system.
This role requires a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual who can connect with enterprise-level decision-makers across the region to sell AI Video product of Intellemo to agencies and businesses in the USA.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Prospecting: Identify and engage with prospects in North America through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels to initiate conversations and qualify leads.
Lead Qualification: Identify customer pain points, needs, and decision-making processes to generate qualified opportunities for the sales team.
Coordinate: Schedule and coordinate product demos with prospective clients. Manage follow-ups, nurture leads, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions within the North American region.
CRM Management:



Accurately record and track all sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales teams to optimize the lead handover process and improve conversion rates.

Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an SDR in the North American market with a B2B SaaS company.
Hands-on experience in outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to USA based clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to engage senior executives in enterprise organizations.
A goal-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with outbound lead systems like Apollo, Nooks, Linkedin Sales Navigator, etc.
