Role Overview

We are looking for an organised, proactive individual to manage daily studio operations, handle client enquiries, and drive membership sales and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development
- Handle incoming enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, social media and walk-ins.
- Follow up with new enquiries, trial clients and old leads to drive membership conversions.
- Explain membership plans, conduct studio tours and close sales.
- Drive membership renewals, upsells and referrals.
- Proactively reach out to potential clients to grow the client base.
- Identify and coordinate with potential collaborators for workshops, events and studio activations.
- Maintain lead records and track sales performance.

2. Studio Operations
- Manage front desk activities and client queries.
- Ensure studio cleanliness, readiness and smooth daily operations.




- Coordinate with trainers and resolve routine client concerns.
- Manage basic administration, inventory and studio systems.
- Handle routine booking and cancellation requests.
- Recording of content for classes, events and other workshops.

Ideal Candidate

1. 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality or operations.
2. Solid communication and follow-up skills.
3. Comfortable with sales conversations and achieving targets.
4. Organised, proactive and able to work independently.
5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media.
6. Must know english and hindi.

Compensation: Fixed salary + performance-based sales incentives.
