Role Description The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for leading the financial planning cycle, including annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and long-range plans, while providing insightful analysis to support strategic and operational decisions.



The manager will prepare and review financial models, variance analyses, and management reports, ensuring accurate and timely information for leadership. Daily responsibilities include partnering with business teams to evaluate performance, identifying risks and opportunities, monitoring key financial metrics, and recommending actions to improve profitability and efficiency. The role also involves enhancing FP&A; processes, maintaining robust controls, and contributing to cross-functional projects and business reviews.
