Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Compliance Manager to oversee corporate compliance operations, ensure adherence to applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, manage a compliance team, and maintain high standards of service delivery. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of the Companies Act, MCA filings, ROC compliance, and corporate governance, along with proven team management and client-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee end-to-end corporate compliance activities,



including incorporation-related post-compliance and annual and event-based ROC filings.
• Ensure timely preparation, review, and filing of statutory forms with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and Registrar of Companies (ROC).
• Manage compliance requirements under the Companies Act, 2013, and applicable rules and regulations.
• Review and monitor filings such as AOC-4, MGT-7/MGT-7A, DIR-3 KYC, ADT-1, PAS-3, and other applicable forms.
• Supervise board meeting documentation, resolutions, minutes, statutory registers, and annual compliance calendars.
• Monitor changes in corporate laws and regulatory requirements and ensure timely implementation.
• Manage a team of compliance executives, allocate workloads, monitor productivity, and ensure adherence to turnaround times (TATs).
• Review the accuracy and quality of compliance deliverables before submission to clients or regulatory authorities.
