About the Role
DGS Tech Limited is looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 7–10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, financial solutions, and system integrations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with US-based clients and teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in Salesforce Financial Services and finance-related business processes.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration technologies.
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce where required.
• Collaborate with clients,



business analysts, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize performance, and ensure code quality.
• Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Communicate project progress, technical challenges, and solutions clearly to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• 7–10 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce finance-related solutions, preferably Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
• Proven experience in Salesforce integrations, API development, and third-party system connectivity.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce platform development.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
