Job Summary
Responsible for managing end-to-end e-commerce order operations, Unicommerce OMS coordination, order synchronization, warehouse management, channel partner escalations, inventory monitoring, replacement order processing, product quality inspection, and operational reporting. Ensure smooth order processing, timely issue resolution, inventory accuracy, and compliance with marketplace and warehouse operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Order Management & Unicommerce Operations
• Monitor all channel orders and ensure timely synchronization with Unicommerce.
• Identify unallocated orders and ensure they are checked and synchronized in Unicommerce every two hours daily.
• Update replacement SKUs for unfulfillable orders and synchronize the orders with all warehouses.
• Identify and synchronize orders available on channel portals but not reflected in Unicommerce or WMS.
• Identify alternative or replacement SKUs for unavailable products in warehouse inventory.
• Resolve shipping label issues and share shipping labels from the respective channel portals whenever required.
• Create and configure recent sales channels and warehouses in Unicommerce.
• Create item master’s and upload product image links in Unicommerce.
• Prepare reports for insufficient orders fulfilled with alternative products and orders fulfilled with replacement products.
2. Channel Partner Coordination & Escalation Management
• Coordinate with marketplace partners, including Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO, and Amazon, for operational issues.
• Resolve channel partner escalations related to CNP, PNP, video footage requirements, and other order processing issues.
• Update holiday forms and operational calendars for all channel partners to ensure accurate order processing and dispatch planning.
• Coordinate with channel partners and internal teams to resolve order synchronization, fulfilment, and logistics-related issues.
