Role Description The Area Sales Manager (ASM) contract role is responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion for HPIPL’s parking solutions within an assigned territory.



This remote role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients such as real estate developers, commercial property managers, and infrastructure companies, and presenting tailored solutions to meet their parking infrastructure needs. The ASM will conduct regular virtual and on-site meetings (as required), prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate contracts, and coordinate closely with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution. Additional responsibilities include tracking sales performance, preparing periodic reports and forecasts, monitoring competitor activities, and representing HPIPL in industry events or online forums to promote brand visibility.
