About the RoleWe’re building a new magnesium drink brand focused on relaxation, unwinding and everyday wellbeing.
We’re looking for an experienced leader who has built a consumer brand from scratch, ideally within beverages, nutrition, supplements or wellness.
Working directly with the founders, you will take the brand from product development through launch and own its growth as a D2C business. This is a hands-on role spanning brand strategy, ecommerce, marketing, product launch and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities• Define the brand’s positioning, target audience, messaging, pricing and customer experience.
• Work with formulation, manufacturing, packaging and compliance partners to prepare the product for launch.
• Build and execute the launch strategy across ecommerce, social media, influencers, sampling and partnerships.
• Own the D2C website, customer acquisition, conversion, retention and repeat purchases.
• Manage marketing budgets and track acquisition costs,



average order value and contribution margins.
• Develop content, creator partnerships and community initiatives that drive awareness and trial.
• Build and manage a lean team of employees, agencies and specialist partners.
• Use customer feedback and purchase behaviour to improve the product and brand experience.
• Evaluate opportunities across marketplaces, quick commerce and selective offline channels.

What We’re Looking For• Proven experience launching and scaling a D2C consumer brand, with meaningful ownership from an early stage.
• Ideally 6–10 years of relevant experience in consumer brands.
• Experience in beverages, food, nutrition, supplements or wellness is strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of brand building, ecommerce, performance marketing and retention.
• Commercial judgement and experience managing budgets and unit economics.
