Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Associate role based in Kochi. The person in this role will identify and qualify new business opportunities, support lead generation activities, and build relationships with hotel partners to promote GMS loyalty solutions. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing and delivering sales presentations,



coordinating meetings and follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools. The role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations teams to understand client needs, tailor proposals, and assist in the implementation of loyalty programs. The Business Development Associate is expected to work towards defined targets, support local business growth, and represent GMS Group professionally in all external interactions.
