About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Adobe Target Consultant / Adobe Target Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Adobe Target, A/B Testing, Multivariate Testing, Personalization, Experimentation and Optimization.
The ideal candidate will have 5–9 years of experience in digital optimization and personalization, with solid expertise in implementing and managing Adobe Target solutions. You will work across Adobe Target experimentation, Adobe Target personalization, audience targeting, experience optimization and Adobe Experience Cloud integrations.
You will partner with product, engineering, design, analytics and business teams to translate business objectives into scalable Adobe Target experimentation and personalization solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end Adobe Target implementation, Adobe Target experimentation and Adobe Target optimization initiatives.
• Design, configure and execute A/B Testing and Multivariate Testing (MVT) using Adobe Target.
• Build and manage Adobe Target activities, audiences, offers, experiences and targeting rules.




• Develop Adobe Target personalization and audience segmentation strategies.
• Define experimentation hypotheses, KPIs, success metrics and test plans for Adobe Target A/B testing and personalization programs.
• Implement and support Adobe Target using at.js and Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK.
• Work with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions and support integration between Adobe Target and the wider Adobe ecosystem.
• Partner with engineering teams on Adobe Target implementation, debugging, deployment and validation.
• Perform QA of Adobe Target experiments and personalization activities across browsers and devices.
• Analyse Adobe Target test results using experimentation statistics, confidence, significance and guardrail metrics.
• Drive optimization through Adobe Target Recommendations, Experience Targeting and advanced personalization.
