Role Overview




We are seeking a Legal Associate & Company Secretary to manage and support the company’s corporate legal, regulatory, governance, and company secretarial functions.
The role offers an opportunity to work across corporate law, commercial contracts, transaction documentation, regulatory compliance, securities laws, and corporate governance, while supporting the firm’s advisory mandates and infrastructure-related projects.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior management, internal teams, external legal counsel, auditors, consultants, clients, and other stakeholders. The individual should demonstrate strong legal and analytical capabilities, excellent drafting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage multiple assignments in a dynamic professional environment.
