About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales – Electrical Engineer to support our expansion in the Power & Energy domain. In this role, you will bridge technical engineering and commercial strategy—translating complex customer requirements into high-value Smart Grid and APM solution proposals, delivering technical presentations, and supporting RFP/RFQ bidding processes.

Key Responsibilities
· Solution Architecture & Proposals: Translate client needs into customized APM and digital asset-monitoring architectures, BOMs, technical scopes, and implementation plans.





· RFP/RFQ & Bid Management: Lead technical responses for tenders, RFQs, RFPs, and solution documentation while ensuring compliance with client specs.

· Customer Engagement & Demos: Deliver technical presentations, solution walk-throughs, product demonstrations, and workshops to key stakeholders.

· Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Delivery teams to build winning, cost-optimized technical proposals.

· POCs & Technical Evaluations: Support proof-of-concept (POC) executions, pilot projects, and initial evaluations for client sites.

· Domain Leadership: Stay current on advancements in Smart Grid, IoT, predictive analytics, and condition monitoring to identify key reliability and maintenance pain points for clients.

Required Qualifications & Skills
· Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Technical Sales, Solution Consulting, or Systems Engineering within the Power &
