Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage tenders for civil and interior projects.
• Generate new business for commercial interior fit-out projects (offices, retail spaces, corporate interiors, etc.).
• Identify and approach potential clients, corporate companies, PMC consultants, architects, and developers.
• Attend client meetings,



understand project requirements, and provide suitable solutions.
• Review drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to prepare proposals and costings.
• Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Ensure smooth handover of projects to execution team.
• Follow up on payments and maintain client relationships for repeat business.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering.
• 6+ years of Experience.
• Strong understanding of interior execution, materials, and project costing.
• Must be willing to travel as required to meet clients, attend site visits, and conduct project discussions.
