Role Description The Contract Negotiator is a full-time, in office role based in Ranchi, responsible for managing end-to-end contract processes that support SVPRAPC’s consulting and operational activities. This role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contractual agreements with vendors, partners, and clients to ensure compliance with organizational standards and legal requirements. The Contract Negotiator will collaborate with internal teams to understand service scopes, risk factors, and commercial terms, and will recommend structures that protect the organization’s interests while enabling effective collaboration. Daily responsibilities include monitoring contract performance, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with procurement and finance for approvals, and resolving contract-related issues or disputes.
