Hind Empire Private Limited is a rapid-growing multi-brand group based in Noida. Our brands include Lenstrack and Eyekra (eyewear), Ambarion (café and co-working), Watt Living (home electrical and interior solutions) and Upcapto/Etelios (B2B SaaS and fintech).
We are looking for a performance marketer who can turn ad spend into measurable leads, footfall and sales across these brands.
About the Role You will plan, run and optimise paid campaigns across digital platforms for our brands. You will own the numbers, from budget and creatives to conversions and cost per lead, and work closely with the content, design and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities -
Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and LinkedIn Ads
- Run lead generation,
store footfall and e-commerce sales campaigns for our retail and consumer brands - Run B2B lead generation campaigns for our SaaS and fintech brand
- Manage daily budgets, bids and targeting to achieve target CPL, CPA and ROAS
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
- Test ad creatives, copy, audiences and landing pages (A/B testing) and scale what works
- Work with the design and content teams to brief and refine ad creatives
- Coordinate with sales and store teams to track lead quality and follow-up
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and next steps
- Track competitor activity and platform updates and adjust campaigns accordingly
Requirements
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads with real budgets
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Meta Business Suite
