Role Description The Senior Sous Chef is a full-time, on-site role based at Habibi’s Cafe & Bistro in Mumbai. This role supports the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, including menu execution, food preparation, and plating to consistently high standards. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, coordinating service during peak hours,



maintaining food quality and presentation, and ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety regulations. The Senior Sous Chef contributes to menu development, including Middle Eastern dishes and all-day café offerings, manages inventory and ordering, and helps control food costs. The role also involves training team members, fostering a positive and efficient kitchen culture, and collaborating with front-of-house leadership to deliver a seamless guest experience.
