ABOUT THE ROLE

TradeGeniuz Capital Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Executives to support our sales, student admissions, lead generation and business growth activities.

This role involves speaking with prospective customers, explaining our trading education programs, following up on enquiries and converting suitable opportunities into enrolments.

Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome to apply. Candidates with additional relevant experience will also be considered.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sales & Student Admissions

• Handle enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media and office visits.
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up regularly.
• Understand customer needs and explain relevant courses, fees and schedules.




• Conduct sales conversations, address questions and support enrolments.
• Coordinate client meetings, counselling sessions and admission formalities.
• Work towards agreed daily activity goals and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain skilled relationships with customers before and after enrolment.
• Explain our education programs accurately without promising guaranteed trading returns.

2. Lead Generation & Business Development

• Identify potential customers through outreach, referrals and online channels.
• Support B2B and B2C business development activities.
• Research potential corporate, college and business partnerships.
• Contact prospective partners and arrange discussions with management.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations and follow-up communications.
• Identify opportunities to expand our customer base.
