About ConfiarConfiar is a growing Travel and MICE company specializing in corporate events, conferences, incentive travel, product launches, corporate tours, and end-to-end event management across India and international destinations.
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible MICE Operations professional who can independently manage corporate inquiries, coordinate with vendors, prepare competitive proposals, and ensure seamless execution of events and travel programs.
Key Responsibilities1. MICE Operations & Event Management
• Independently manage corporate events, conferences, meetings, incentive tours, product launches, and group travel requirements.
• Handle projects from initial inquiry to planning, costing, execution, and post-event closure.
• Prepare detailed event plans, itineraries, operational schedules, and execution checklists.
• Coordinate all logistical arrangements, including hotels, venues, transportation, activities, entertainment, and event production.
• Ensure seamless on-ground execution and promptly resolve operational challenges.




• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.

2. Client Servicing & Coordination
• Understand client requirements and provide practical, customized solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate projects.
• Prepare professional proposals, presentations, quotations, and itineraries.
• Maintain timely and qualified communication with clients.
• Manage last-minute changes, special requests, and client expectations.
• Build long-term client relationships through excellent service delivery.

3. Vendor Management & Negotiation
• Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with hotels, resorts, DMCs, transport providers, event production agencies, and other suppliers.
• Negotiate competitive rates, payment terms, and service inclusions.
• Develop and maintain a reliable network of domestic and international vendors.
