About Oberoi Law Chambers
Oberoi Law Chambers, established in 2008, is a full-service litigation chamber based at SCO 142/143/144, Sector 17C, Chandigarh. The chamber practises before the Punjab & Haryana High Court, the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court and courts and tribunals across Punjab, Haryana and Delhi, handling civil, criminal and service matters, and domestic and international arbitration.

Role
We are looking for a Litigation Manager to be based at our Chandigarh office. The role is full-time and on-site.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the firm's litigation docket and track hearing dates across courts and tribunals
• - Coordinate drafting, filing and listing of petitions, appeals, replies and applications
• - Supervise associates, clerks and interns, and allocate matters and research tasks
• - Ensure timely compliance with court orders,



process fees and summons
• - Maintain matter records and case-management systems, and report status to the Managing Partner
• - Liaise with clients, counsel and local advocates on matter progress

Qualifications
• LLB from a recognised university and enrolment with a State Bar Council
• - 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably before the Punjab & Haryana High Court
• - Sound knowledge of CPC, CrPC/BNSS, service law and court procedure
• - Robust drafting, organisation and team-management skills
• - Proficiency in English and Hindi/Punjabi; familiarity with case-management software is an advantage
