Role Description The Senior Human Resource Executive will oversee end-to-end HR operations,



including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle processes in alignment with Skillofy_AI’s growth strategy. This role will manage and refine HR policies, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and support leadership in designing scalable people practices for a remote, high-performing workforce. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling employee relations, resolving HR queries, supporting engagement initiatives, and partnering with business leaders to enhance culture and retention. The Senior Human Resource Executive will also contribute to talent development initiatives, HR analytics, and continuous improvement of HR systems and workflows. This is a full time remote role.
