Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of roles across the organization. The specialist will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define job requirements, and ensure timely,



high-quality hiring decisions. Daily activities include posting job openings, maintaining talent pipelines, coordinating interview schedules, managing candidate communication, and supporting offer and onboarding processes. The role also involves contributing to employer branding initiatives, tracking recruitment metrics, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.

• Demonstrated experience in full-life cycle recruiting and recruiting across multiple functions.
