Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care and monitor patients’ health conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient progress.
• Maintain accurate nursing records and patient documentation.
• Assist doctors during procedures and medical emergencies.
• Follow infection control, patient safety and hospital protocols.
• Ensure proper handover and takeover during shift changes.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of medical equipment.
• Educate patients and relatives regarding care and treatment.
• Report any changes in patient condition or incidents to the concerned doctor/supervisor.
• Should be comfortable for rotational shift
• Candidate must be staying nearby Mulund,Mumbai
