Are you passionate about scaling paid campaigns, driving conversions, and maximising ROAS?
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads to scale our D2C/eCommerce campaigns and drive profitable growth.
What You’ll Do• Plan, launch, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube.
• Scale campaigns while maintaining target CPA and ROAS.
• Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor research.
• Optimise bids, budgets, ad creatives, product feeds, and landing pages.
• Track and analyse conversions using Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
• Monitor performance, prepare reports,



and turn data into actionable growth strategies.
• Collaborate with creative and website teams to improve conversion rates.

What We’re Looking For• 3–4 years of hands-on Google Ads experience, preferably with D2C or eCommerce brands.
• Robust expertise in Performance Max, Google Shopping, Search, and remarketing.
• Working knowledge of GA4, GTM, Google Merchant Center, and product feed optimisation.
• A proven ability to scale campaigns and deliver profitable ROAS.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and optimisation skills.

Added Advantage: Experience managing ₹20L+ in monthly ad spend and working with Shopify stores.
