About Rysflo
Rysflo is a portable breath-analysis device that lets people measure their metabolism every morning. From a single exhale, it reads three biomarkers (acetone, hydrogen and ethanol) and turns them into daily guidance on fat burning, gut absorption and nutrition. We are building our go-to-market through gyms, trainers and wellness providers in the United States.

About the role
You will own how Rysflo sells into US gym networks, from building the pipeline and running sales processes to closing partnerships. You will be the link between our Bengaluru team and US gym owners, trainers and chains.

What you’ll do

• Build and run the sales strategy for US gym networks, chains and independent gyms.
• Generate leads, run demos, negotiate, and close partnerships
• Set up and manage sales operations: CRM, pipeline tracking, forecasting, reporting and KPIs
• Create gym onboarding and referral/partner programs,



and track their performance
• Travel to the US for client meetings, demos, trade shows and fitness industry events
• Share gym and trainer feedback with the product and marketing teams
• Build and, over time, lead the US sales team

What we’re looking for

• 5–8 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting or beating targets
• Valid US visa (B1/B2 or equivalent) and willingness to travel to the US regularly for business. This is for business travel only; no visa sponsorship is involved.
• Excellent spoken and written English, with strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Hands-on experience with a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce, and comfort working with sales data
• Willingness to work US-overlap hours when needed
