Role Description The Chief Financial and Operating Officer (CFOO) will lead the overall financial and operational strategy for Impulse Coffees, ensuring sustainable growth and strong internal controls. This full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai involves overseeing budgeting, financial planning, cash flow management, and financial reporting, while also optimizing supply chain, production, and logistics.



The CFOO will collaborate closely with the founders and leadership team to align business operations with brand and growth objectives, including pricing, cost management, and performance metrics. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing financial statements, monitoring key operational KPIs, managing vendor and partner relationships, and driving process improvements across finance, procurement, manufacturing, and distribution. The role also includes building and mentoring cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting strategic initiatives such as new product launches and market expansion.
