Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Guntur. This role focuses on building long-term relationships with customers, understanding their automotive needs, and providing tailored solutions across vehicle sales, financing, and related services.



The Relationship Manager will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, follow up on leads, coordinate test drives, and support customers through the entire purchase and delivery process. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate customer records, resolving issues promptly, collaborating with sales and service teams, and ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint. The role also involves meeting defined sales and customer satisfaction targets while upholding Varun Motors’ customer-centric values.

• Customer relationship and service skills: ability to build rapport, manage expectations, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
