The Pre-Sales Solution Architect will work closely with the Sales team during customer meetings to understand business challenges, identify automation opportunities and design suitable solutions using REECH. The person will translate customer requirements into solution designs, demonstrate relevant use cases, validate technical feasibility with the Technology team and support Sales in preparing proposals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in customer meetings and gather business and technical requirements.
• Understand existing processes, systems and customer communication challenges.
• Design customer journeys and automation solutions using REECH.
• Prepare solution presentations, process flows and architecture diagrams.
• Conduct customer-specific product demonstrations and support proof-of-concept activities.
• Work with customer IT teams and DSNL's technical team to assess integration feasibility.
• Support proposals, effort estimates, solution scope and implementation handover.
• Identify product gaps and distinguish between existing capabilities, configuration, integration and additional development.
