Role Description The Marketing Communications Specialist will support SCALE Healthcare’s brand and messaging by planning, creating, and distributing clear and consistent communications across multiple channels. This role will involve drafting and editing press releases, case studies,



and thought leadership content; coordinating public relations efforts; and maintaining alignment with strategic communications objectives. The specialist will work closely with internal stakeholders to gather information, translate complex revenue cycle and healthcare concepts into accessible language, and ensure communications reflect the company’s values and positioning. Additional responsibilities include monitoring media coverage, supporting event-related communications, and contributing to the development of marketing collateral and digital content. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mohali district.
