Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations and customer engagement activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Tamil, as the role involves regular interaction with clients and vendors across different regions of India, especially Northern India.
The candidate should be comfortable handling sales coordination activities, cold calling, customer follow-ups, database management,



and vendor communication while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support day-to-day sales activities
• Handle cold calling and lead generation activities
• Follow up with customers through calls and emails
• Maintain and update customer and vendor databases
• Prepare quotations, sales reports, and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Track sales inquiries and ensure timely responses
• Assist in vendor communication and coordination
• Maintain accurate records using MS Office tools and internal systems

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, telesales, or related roles
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Tamil is mandatory
