Job Description:

The SharePoint Administrator / Developer is responsible for the administration, governance, support, enhancement, and ongoing development of the organization's Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online environment. This role combines technical development expertise with platform administration responsibilities to improve collaboration, document management, workflow automation, and business processes.
The ideal candidate will possess solid experience with SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Microsoft 365 administration, workflow automation, governance, and user support. This individual will partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and leadership to create solutions that improve productivity, knowledge management, collaboration, and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

SharePoint Administration
• Configure and Administer SharePoint sites, hub sites, communication sites, and team sites.
• Establish and enforce SharePoint governance, standards, and best practices.
• Manage permissions, security groups, and access controls in accordance with corporate security policies.




• Monitor platform health, performance, usage analytics, and storage capacity.
• Support content lifecycle management, retention policies, and records management initiatives.
• Manage site provisioning, site audits, and periodic access reviews.
• Coordinate platform upgrades, feature releases, and Microsoft roadmap adoption.
• Ensure compliance with organizational, legal, and regulatory requirements.

SharePoint Development
• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, hubs, pages, lists, libraries, and custom solutions.
• Build custom forms and applications using Power Apps.
• Develop workflow automations using Power Automate.
• Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services including Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, Viva, and Copilot.
• Develop APIs and integrations with third-party applications when required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues.
