Role Description The Human Resources Specialist at PCube Fitness will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation for staff across centers. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Delhi, India, with a mix of in office work and some work-from-home flexibility. Key responsibilities include implementing HR policies,



coordinating employee benefits, supporting performance management processes, and handling routine employee queries. The specialist will also assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws, organizing training and engagement initiatives, and collaborating with management to support a positive, high-performance workplace culture aligned with the brand’s values.
