We’re Hiring | Business Development Executive (Marketing Agent)

RUN AI INTELLIGENCE is looking for a proactive, persuasive and relationship-focused Business Development Executive to bring in new business, manage our presence across relevant platforms and build strong client relationships.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, understanding business needs and turning conversations into business opportunities.

Location & Working Arrangements
• Office: Crowne Heights, Rohini, Sector 10, Current Delhi.
• Schedule: Six working days a week — Monday to Friday from the office and Saturdays from home.
• Compensation: Competitive salary based on skills and experience.
• Laptop: Having your own laptop is mandatory.
• Availability: You must be able to commute to and work from our Rohini office regularly.

Key Responsibilities
• Research and generate leads: Identify potential clients, brands and decision-makers across relevant industries. Build and maintain an organised prospect database.
• Reach out and build connections:



Initiate conversations through calls, email, LinkedIn, social media and networking to develop new business opportunities.
• Understand client needs: Assess prospects’ requirements, challenges, budgets and timelines to identify suitable opportunities.
• Pitch our services: Learn the company’s service portfolio and deliver tailored pitches that clearly communicate its value.
• Conduct calls and meetings: Make prospecting and follow-up calls, arrange discovery meetings and coordinate presentations with the internal team.
• Manage company profiles: Maintain and regularly update the company’s profiles across LinkedIn, social media and relevant business platforms. Keep information accurate, respond to enquiries and coordinate content updates with the team.
