Role Description
The E-commerce Marketing Manager – D2C Growth & Team Leadership is a full-time, permanent role based in Bangalore, with an initial 3-month allocation at the Cochin head office. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will run YadaSutra's online store as a business, lead the marketing team behind it,



and take ownership of marketing-led revenue.
The role covers the full e-commerce growth engine, from catalogue and conversion to campaigns and customer retention. You will manage the Shopify store (products, collections, landing pages, offers, apps and analytics), keep the catalogue accurate and high quality, and plan inventory with the operations team so bestsellers stay available and slow movers are cleared with the right offers. You will track margins by product and category and guide pricing, discounts and bundles to protect profitability.
You will improve conversion rate, average order value and the full customer journey through A/B tests on landing pages, product pages, offers and checkout, and work with CRM and retention channels such as WhatsApp, email and SMS to drive repeat purchase and lifetime value.
