About EfforaEffora is building a beauty and wellness brand across devices, topicals and supplements for Indian consumers. Design carries the brand here. Every pack, page, post and video has to look premium, feel consistent and help people buy.

About the RoleYou will own Effora’s visual identity across brand, social, website and video. You’ll go from brief to finished design on your own, set the standard for the team and build the systems that keep everything consistent. We want a designer who can make a product page convert, a carousel stop the scroll and a 20-second video look polished, and who can explain the reason behind each choice.

Key ResponsibilitiesBranding & Identity
• Own and evolve Effora’s brand system: colours, typography, layouts, iconography and tone.
• Design packaging, labels, boxes and print material for devices, topicals and supplements.
• Keep every touchpoint consistent and premium, and guard the brand from drift.





Social & Performance Creative
• Design carousels, statics, stories and ad creatives for Instagram, YouTube and paid campaigns.
• Build creative variations for testing, working with the Growth team on what converts.
• Turn product claims and education into transparent, trustworthy visuals.

UI/UX Design
• Design and improve the website and product pages in Figma: PDPs, collections, home page and checkout flows, on desktop and mobile.
• Build and maintain reusable components and a design system.
• Use customer behaviour and conversion data to improve layouts and flows.

Video & Motion
• Edit short-form videos, reels, product demos and ad cuts, with clean cuts, captions, sound and motion graphics.
• Make simple motion and animated assets for social and the website.

Marketplace & Content
• Create Amazon listing images, A+ content and marketplace banners in desktop and mobile versions.
