1. Experience & Team Leadership
• Senior SDET: 5+ years of relevant experience
• Lead SDET: 7+ years of relevant experience
• Clear progression in roles held with demonstrated ownership
• Experience leading 3+ engineers
• Responsible for code reviews, onboarding, mentoring, and engineering standards
• Active hands-on contributor, not purely managerial
2. Test Automation Framework Expertise
• Designed, built, or maintained automation frameworks
• Able to explain:
• Framework architecture and layers
• Configuration management
• Reporting mechanisms
• User adoption and maintenance approach
• Regular code contributions, commits, and pull requests
3. Domain Experience
• Experience in one or more of:
• Banking / Financial Services
• SAP / ERP
• Retail
• Transportation / Logistics
• Other enterprise-grade, integration-heavy applications
• Exposure to complex integrations and data-intensive systems
7. Test Frameworks
• Hands-on experience with:
• TestNG
• JUnit
• PyTest
• Jest
• Mocha
• Playwright Test
• Knowledge of:

• Parameterization
• Tagging and test categorization
8. Database Validation
