Role Description The Holiday Sales Consultant role is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The consultant will engage with customers to understand their travel needs, recommend suitable holiday packages, and provide detailed information on itineraries, pricing, and inclusions. Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, and in person, preparing quotations, closing sales, and ensuring smooth booking and post-sales support. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to confirm bookings, resolve issues, and deliver a seamless travel experience. The consultant will also maintain accurate records in the sales system, follow up on leads, and work toward individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate holiday solutions.




• Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to manage inquiries, handle concerns, and ensure a positive end-to-end experience.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written abilities, and confident presentation over phone and in person.
• Experience in travel or holiday packages, knowledge of popular destinations(Europe),and familiarity with booking systems or CRMs are beneficial.
• Ability to work toward sales targets, manage time effectively, and collaborate with team members and partners.
• Prior experience in retail travel, tourism, hospitality, or a related customer-facing sales role is preferred.
• Minimum educational qualification: bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, tourism, hospitality, or a related field.
