Role Description The Sales Associate is a full time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This position is responsible for identifying prospective clients, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and in-person meetings, and presenting Nivion Global Services’ offerings in a clear and compelling manner. The Sales Associate will manage the sales pipeline, follow up on leads, prepare proposals, and support contract closure in coordination with senior team members.



Day-to-day activities include maintaining accurate CRM records, collaborating with marketing and service delivery teams, and providing timely updates on client feedback and market trends. The role also involves achieving sales targets, building long-term client relationships, and representing the company professionally at meetings and local events.
