We are looking for a proactive, confident, and solution-oriented Client Servicing professional who understands the fast-paced agency environment and can seamlessly bridge the gap between clients, creative teams, and digital marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities1. Client Relationship Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Understand client objectives, brand positioning, and marketing requirements.
• Manage client expectations,



feedback, approvals, and deliverables.
• Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and performance reviews.

2. Social Media & Campaign Management
• Manage end-to-end execution of social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Coordinate monthly content calendars, campaign plans, and creative deliverables.
• Understand social media trends, content formats, reels, engagement strategies, and digital campaigns.
• Work closely with creative, content, design, video, and performance marketing teams.
• Ensure all content aligns with the client's brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

3. Creative Briefing & Internal Coordination
• Convert client requirements into explicit, actionable creative briefs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely execution.
• Review creative output for quality, accuracy, and alignment with client
