Role Description The Senior User Experience Designer is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for shaping intuitive, engaging digital and in-salon experiences that reflect the HAIR RAP BY YOYO brand. This role involves leading end-to-end UX design, including discovery, concept development, wireframing, prototyping,



and visual design for customer-facing and internal touchpoints (such as booking systems, digital content, and in-salon interfaces). The Senior UX Designer will conduct user research to understand client needs and behaviors, translate insights into experience strategies, and collaborate closely with salon leadership, marketing, and any external partners. Day-to-day activities include creating design artifacts, running design workshops, validating solutions through usability testing, and ensuring that all experiences are consistent, accessible, and aligned with the salon’s premium, creative positioning.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in User Experience (UX) and Design Thinking, with the ability to lead end-to-end experience design projects.
• Hands-on experience in User Research, including planning studies, conducting interviews or observations, and synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations.
