- Outbound & Inbound Calls: Make outbound calls to pitch products or qualify leads, and handle incoming customer support calls.
- Lead Generation & Follow-ups: Nurture potential clients, schedule appointments, and follow up regularly to close sales.
- Database & CRM Management: Log call outcomes, update customer records, and document feedback accurately in CRM systems.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call, sales, or resolution metrics

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma (10th/12th pass) or a bachelor's degree; freshers are often welcome.
- Communication:



Transparent verbal communication, active listening, and a polite phone etiquette.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy, familiarity with MS Office (Excel), and CRM software.
- Soft Skills: Persuasion, patience, resilience against rejection, and stress management.

Compensation & Shifts
- Salary Range: Typically ranges from ₹8,000 to ₹25,000+ per month depending on experience, location, and company type, plus performance incentives.
