Vice President / Associate Vice President Construction Finance (Builder Funding) Choice Finserv Private Limited, an NBFC of the Choice International Group

Key Responsibilities • Originate construction finance, project finance, inventory funding and LRD opportunities from Category A and B developers in target micro markets • Structure deals covering escrow mechanisms, cash flow waterfalls, drawdown linked to construction stage, security cover and exit routes • Lead deal appraisal with Credit: project feasibility, sales velocity, cost to complete, approvals and RERA status, and developer track record • Set up and run post disbursement monitoring: site visits, escrow tracking, sales MIS, stage certification and early warning triggers • Build and maintain relationships with developers, IPCs, chartered accountants, legal counsel and channel partners to secure a steady deal flow • Work with Treasury and leadership on funding lines, partnership lending and capital raising for the vertical • Hire,



coach and lead a lean team of relationship managers and monitoring officers as the book scales • Ensure full compliance with RBI norms for NBFC real estate exposure, KYC and internal credit policy • Own vertical P&L; metrics: disbursement, yield, portfolio quality and collections What We Are Looking For • Graduate; MBA or CA preferred • Proven record of sourcing and closing construction finance deals at an NBFC, SFB, HFC or bank • Strong grasp of real estate project cash flows, title and legal diligence, and the RERA framework • Active developer and channel network in at least one major market (Mumbai MMR, Pune, Jaipur, NCR or similar) • Exposure to building processes or frameworks, not only executing within them • High ownership, quick decision making, comfort with field work and a rapid moving setup
