Fresher Job Description Role Purpose
Drive research, testing, and technical support activities in paints, coatings, and analytical sciences to support product development, innovation, manufacturing, and customer-focused projects. Generate technical insights through formulation development, coating characterization, and chromatographic analysis to improve product performance and solve technical challenges. Key Responsibilities Design and execute experiments related to coating formulations, application behavior, curing mechanisms, and durability. Perform chromatographic analysis using techniques such as GC, HPLC, GPC/SEC, and LC-MS to support product development and problem-solving. Utilize coating characterization methods to evaluate material performance and structure-property relationships. Analyze and interpret experimental data to optimize formulations and provide actionable technical recommendations. Support R&D;, manufacturing, quality,



and customer teams in resolving technical issues and improving product performance. Contribute to new product development, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain high standards of laboratory safety, data quality, documentation, and scientific rigor. Qualifications M.Tech./M.E./M.S. in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines.
