Designation: Manager / Chief Manager, based on experience and suitability Profile Overview A Leading International Korean Bank is looking for experienced professionals for its Corporate Banking team. The ideal candidate should have solid relationship management skills, corporate banking exposure and the ability to manage and deepen client relationships. Candidate Profile Candidates matching any of the following backgrounds will be considered: Option 1 – International Banking Experience Experience with MNC and international banks such as SMBC, Mizuho, DBS, Bank of Bahrain, Gulf/Kuwait-based banks or similar institutions. Professionals with prior experience in Korean banks are highly preferred. Option 2 – Strong Academic Background Graduates from reputed institutions such as IIM, IIT, Delhi University or other leading universities. Option 3 – Trade Finance / Client Relationships Candidates with specialised Trade Finance experience. Strong existing corporate client relationships and proven ability to acquire and deepen business relationships. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate clients.
Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships. Identify opportunities to deepen existing relationships and generate new business. Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets. Understand client requirements and provide appropriate financial solutions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of banking solutions.
