Job title: ETL Support Engineer
We are seeking an ETL Support Engineer with hands-on experience in Linux, PostgreSQL, and ETL processes. The role focuses on supporting and maintaining data integration workflows, troubleshooting ETL-related issues, and ensuring the stability and reliability of data processing operations.
The ideal candidate should have a strong technical support background, valuable troubleshooting skills, and practical experience working with ETL processes and relational databases. Cloud experience is not required, as the role is primarily ETL-focused.
Responsibilities
• Support, monitor, and maintain ETL processes and data integration workflows.

• Troubleshoot and resolve ETL job failures, data processing issues, and integration errors.
•
• Work with PostgreSQL databases to support data extraction, transformation, and loading activities.
•
• Perform SQL queries to investigate data issues, validate data accuracy, and support troubleshooting.
•
• Support day-to-day Linux operations, including log analysis, shell commands, and basic scripting.
•
• Monitor scheduled jobs,
investigate failures, and coordinate issue resolution.
•
• Identify recurring operational issues and contribute to process improvements.
•
• Collaborate with development and technical teams to resolve application and data integration issues.
•
• Follow incident management and support processes to ensure timely issue resolution.
•
• Participate in weekend support rotations as required.
Requirements
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in ETL support, data integration, application support, or related technical support roles.

• Hands-on experience with ETL processes and troubleshooting
•
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL
•
• Practical experience with Linux environments
•
• Ability to investigate ETL failures, analyze logs, and troubleshoot data processing issues.
•
• Understanding of data integration concepts, data flows, and scheduled batch processing.
