• Fix technical SEO issues directly, including site speed, Core Web Vitals, indexing, crawl errors, redirects, canonicals and sitemaps
• Implement schema markup and structured data to improve visibility in search and AI results
• Optimise content to appear in Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and other AI-driven search platforms
• Research, plan and produce articles that rank on both traditional search and AI answer engines
• Use AI tools strategically for research, content creation, audits and workflows, without sacrificing quality or accuracy
• Manage Google Search Console, GA4 and other SEO tools to track and report on performance
• Run SEO audits and turn findings into transparent, prioritised actions, then carry them out
• Build topical authority, internal linking structures and quality backlinks
• Identify and clean up spam, toxic links and indexing issues
• Track algorithm updates and adapt strategy quickly
• Work closely with development, design, content and marketing teams
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 2 years (ideally 2–3 years) of hands-on SEO experience with proven ranking results
• Strong understanding of technical SEO and confidence making changes on live websites
