Job Description – Mechanical Maintenance Manager

Industry: Fabrication & Heavy Fabrication
Experience: Minimum 15 Years
Location: Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead mechanical maintenance activities for fabrication and heavy fabrication machinery, including CNC machines, laser cutting, bending, welding, and material handling equipment.

2. Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans to minimize machine breakdowns and ensure maximum equipment availability.

3. Troubleshoot mechanical failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

4. Manage maintenance teams, spare parts inventory, maintenance schedules, and annual maintenance budgets to ensure cost-effective operations.

5. Ensure compliance with safety standards, conduct regular equipment inspections, and coordinate with Production and other departments to minimize downtime and maintain smooth operations.
